Shipping costs and payment options
- Minimum order quantity: € 35 gross value of goods. For smaller order quantities, we charge a processing fee of € 5.
- Information about the delivery period is non-binding unless the delivery date has been promised in exceptional cases.
- Delivery time for individual items 2-10 days; gift items depending on stock, while stocks last.
- We are entitled to make partial deliveries. This does not incur any additional costs for the customer unless this has been expressly agreed.
- We reserve the right to charge the difference in the event of possible increases in shipping costs.
- In the summer months, the delivery of chocolate products is weather dependent.
- We ask that you arrange a personal appointment for larger order quantities.

Retention of title until full payment.
