400 years of Schwarzenberg in Murau
The Schwarzenberg cake comes from Regner…
For the 400th anniversary of the Schwarzenberg dynasty, we are allowed to supply the dessert for the Schwarzenberg table that takes place on July 15th and 16th in Murau. However, this Schwarzenberg dessert will not only be available at the table, but also during the exhibition (until October 14th, 2017) in Murau at the Egidiwirt and the Gasthof Lercher in Murau.
From August 13th, on the 80th birthday of the Prince of Schwarzenberg, the Schwarzenberg cake will officially be available in our shop.
But what is actually in this Schwarzenberg cake??
A chocolate base with almonds and no flour as a base. On top of that is a core of dark chocolate mousse covered in a blueberry cream with blueberry pieces. The whole thing is embedded in velvety blue-sprayed chocolate.
